Pay: £25,400.00 P/A + commission
Location: Leeds
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (40 hours per week)
Your Mission
Are you ready to kickstart your career in recruitment? We're looking for ambitious and motivated individuals to join our dynamic Leeds based team as Junior Recruitment Associates. This is your chance to earn, learn, and grow while completing our Recruiter Development Programme apprenticeship course. You'll gain hands-on experience, achieve a Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Recruitment Practice and a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Recruitment, and enjoy access to our industry-leading benefits and rewards.
As part of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process, building relationships with candidates and clients, and driving business growth. Complete our Recruiter Development Programme as part of the apprenticeship scheme.
Build and manage relationships with clients and candidates.
Source, screen, interview, and manage offers for candidates.
Engage in business development activities to drive growth and exceed targets.
Learn recruitment legislation, compliance, and strategic resourcing using social platforms.
