Being part of this team will involve supervising examinations to make sure that all regulations are adhered to and helping with related administration such as preparing scripts for dispatch to the examining board. No experience is necessary however, invigilators have to: be reliable, flexible and readily available during main exam periods Have effective communication skills and good interpersonal skills Be able to work well as part of a team Be confident and a reassuring presence to candidates in exam rooms Be able to give instructions and manage situations involving different groups of people Have basic IT skills (familiar with use of email, mobile phone messaging etc.) For enquiries about the role, please contact Laura Harrison, Finance/Exams Officer on 01708 730462.
