The
Facilities Co-Ordinator
position reports to the Facilities Manager and is part of the Workplace team located in
Cambridge
(UK) and will be an
on-site role
.
In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
* Take ownership of weekly maintenance plan and monthly KPI reporting
* Serves as a primary point of contact for all enquiries from internal and external sources, including emails, messages, and in-person visitors
* Liaising with external and internal suppliers to organise Planned preventative maintenance and reactive work
The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include
* Good knowledge of Outlook and Excel, MS office package
* Ideally IOSH accredited
* Excellent communications skills in all aspects of customer contact
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements
* Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 20kg
