HR Advisor
Erskine Stewart’s Melville Schools are recruiting for a HR Advisor to join the HR team on a 12‑month temporary basis (subject to satisfactory pre‑employment checks). The role is available immediately, working 29 hours per week (equivalent to 0.8 FTE), with a salary of £31,952.

Responsibilities
* Provide a high‑quality, professional and proactive HR service.
* Support the HR Manager with employee relations, projects, change and HR generalist work.
* Work closely with senior managers across Erskine Stewart Melville and engage daily with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Experience in an HR Advisory or employee advisory capacity.
* Knowledge and proven experience of employment legislation.
* Experience using iTrent as a system and payroll experience is a high advantage.
* Strong communication, organisational and IT skills.
* Ability to multitask and work independently as well as part of a team.
* Commitment to high professional standards and continuous professional development.
Eligibility
ESMS is unable to sponsor international workers for this role. Successful candidates must have an alternative right to work in the UK.
