About the role As Account Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of the agency, managing client relationships and ensuring design-led projects are delivered seamlessly from brief through to completion. You’ll work across brand identity, packaging, and activation projects, supporting the creative process while keeping timelines, budgets, and communication on track. What you’ll be doing day to day • Managing day-to-day client relationships and acting as a key point of contact • Overseeing multiple branding and design projects, ensuring work is delivered on brief, on time and on budget • Translating client objectives into clear internal briefs for creative teams • Collaborating closely with designers, strategists and production partners to deliver high-quality output • Supporting project planning, budgets and workflow while identifying opportunities to add value About you This Account Manager role would suit someone who thrives in a creative agency environment, loves brand and design, and enjoys balancing strong client relationships with hands-on project delivery.
