Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Central Chelmsford – September Start
Are you a caring and proactive Learning Support Assistant looking to make a real difference? Protocol Education is working with a welcoming primary school in central Chelmsford seeking an LSA to support a Year 1 class from September.
This is a rewarding opportunity to provide SEN support while also helping pupils transition smoothly into Year 1, both academically and emotionally.

The Role:
* Supporting pupils within a Year 1 classroom
* Providing 1:1 and small group SEN support
* Assisting with the transition from EYFS into KS1
* Supporting learning, behaviour, and emotional development
* Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO

Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children, ideally with SEN
* A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Confidence supporting early learning and development
* A genuine passion for helping children succeed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
