We are currently seeking to fill the position of Estates Admin Officer.

ESMS is recruiting for an Estates Admin Officer to join the Estates and Facilities Department on a full-time, fixed-term basis from August 2025 to August 2026 (subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks). The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with 45 minutes unpaid for lunch, totaling a paid week of 39 hours. The salary for this role is £26,620 per annum, placed on the ESMS Support Staff Salary Scales.
This role provides administrative support to the Estates and Facilities Department, including duties such as responding to emails and calls, maintaining filing systems and databases, and managing shared mailboxes and ticketing systems.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in building professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, strong organizational and planning skills, initiative, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
