A day in the life of a Property Valuer
 * Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors

Essential Skills of a Property Valuer
 * Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
 * Experience as an Estate Agent ready for the next step in your career
 * Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
 * Supporting your manager by helping to lead the team
 * A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
 * Ability to work on your own initiative
 * Good telephone manner
 * Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
