We are looking for a dedicated, meticulous, and focused individual to assist our dispatch team with packing and dispatching our orders across the globe.
The role is well suited to an individual who has strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
This position is offered on a temporary basis with part time hours for a period of three months (November, December and January). It is particularly busy period hence the ideal candidate should have prior packing and dispatching experience, as well as experience within an e-commerce background is preferable. Delivering customer service within a retail and or E-commerce environment will also be beneficial as the role is heavily customer focused.
Training on site will be provided for the successful candidate.
Based in our Studio/Workshop in Hove you will work closely with the studio manager, production team to assist in getting our product delivered in a timely manner in well presented packaging. You will also be responsible for organising the packaging material and stock of our ever increasing line of products.
The ideal candidate should possess the following criterion:

* Ability to accurately assemble and package products to fulfill orders
* Experience in using eCommerce platforms such as Etsy and or Shopify
* Experience with using Royal Mail Click and Drop portal
* Focused on delivering exceptional customer service
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise their own workload and effectively managing multiple priorities at the same time
Key Responsibilities:
* Keeping products well stocked and organised efficiently
* Packing orders so that they are well presented
* Dispatching orders in a timely manner
* Communicate with the Studio and Production Manager to ensure packaging materials are well stocked and organised.
This is not intended to be all inclusive, and other duties within the studio may be required. It is important that the job holder recognises this and adopts a flexible approach to the role.
Hours of part-time work will generally be from 9am-1pm, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).
