The Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students engage with their learning, build confidence, and reach their full potential. Each day brings something different – from supporting students in the classroom to delivering targeted interventions for those with additional needs such as autism, ADHD, or social, emotional, and mental health challenges (SEMH).
