We’re seeking a hands‑on Marketing Manager to take ownership of the full marketing mix and make a tangible difference. You’ll lead campaigns from start to finish, work closely with senior colleagues, and shape how our brand is seen in the market. From digital strategy and content to conferences, events and webinars, you’ll be at the heart of how we engage, attract and retain clients, with the freedom to introduce fresh ideas and see them through.
Responsibilities
* Inputting to the marketing strategy and translating it into clear, effective campaigns.
* Planning, running and optimising multi‑channel campaigns to drive awareness, engagement and lead generation.
* Managing DSW’s digital presence, including website content, email and social channels.
* Creating compelling content that supports sales and strengthens our positioning.
* Working closely with senior leaders to align marketing activity with business priorities.
* Identifying and securing PR opportunities, including thought leadership and speaking slots.
* Managing DSW’s presence at external events.
* Using insight, data and feedback to continually improve activity and customer experience.
* Keeping a close eye on market trends, competitors and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
* At least 3 years’ B2B marketing experience.
* A strong track record of running successful campaigns.
* Proven experience of planning and delivering events, including conferences or exhibitions.
* Confidence working independently and influencing senior colleagues.
* Experience in the training, awarding, education or L&D sector is highly desirable.
* Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
* Professional marketing qualifications (e.g. CIM) are a plus, but not essential.
