Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing guidance, training and performance oversight.
* Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximize uptime and minimise operational disruption.
* Oversee troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance of complex warehouse automation equipment.
* Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or upgrades to enhance reliability.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements across all maintenance activities.
* Coordinate with engineering, operations, and project teams to support installations, upgrades and technical improvements.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience managing maintenance teams, ideally within warehouse automation, logistics, or industrial environments.
* Strong technical understanding of automated systems, robotics, conveyors and control systems.
* Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance programs.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop technical staff.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Familiarity with safety regulations and industry best practices in maintenance operations.
