With a team of 20, they focus on quality over quantity, installing systems for luxury apartments and large-scale commercial clients. My client is looking for a Heat Pump Project Manager to oversee 2-3 projects at any one time. The successful candidates will manage subcontractors, supervise site managers, and report to the Senior Project Manager and Operations Director. Full training is provided, including mandatory heat pump certification and CSCS working at height, so new starters can hit the ground running. The role is ideal for site supervisors looking to move into project management, or existing project managers wanting exposure to renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will be driven, hands-on, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. They will bring mechanical or HVAC knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. Experience in heat pumps, ground source systems, or commercial solar is desirable, but my client values attitude, motivation, and a willingness to learn above all else.
