You’ll work closely with all departments and report to the Visitor Operations & Experience Manager. We want you to learn and develop your career while you’re with us. We’ll work with you to identify the training and support that you need to achieve your goals.As Visitor Experience Officer, you’ll support all teams to develop innovative ways of presenting and communicating the stories and ongoing work at Wentworth Castle Gardens. You will enable a broad range of visitors to have outstanding and inspirational experiences by supporting and delivering high standards of visitor engagement and interpretation at the property, and through reviewing service regularly. Working with partners, volunteers and community groups, you’ll co-create engaging programming, including a year-round visitor offer. You will also ensure that our communications with visitors – from the first click on the website, to signs around the property – are clear, engaging and consistent. There will be delegated tasks in marketing and communications, including creating copy for our social media channels and property website, as well as helping to communicate messages internally to staff and volunteers across the site.
