About Your Role
We need Service & Repair Engineers to join our experienced Gas Engineers team. You will be pivotal in delivering our Service Promise and ensuring customers receive same‑day fixes.
Salary & Benefits
Base Salary: £45,483 plus a London weighting allowance (up to £6.2k) and an uncapped OTE of £62,440. You’ll also receive a field reward scheme.

Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer experience on every visit.
* Attend annual service visits and complex breakdowns.
* Represent British Gas in customer homes with professionalism and safety.
Qualifications
* Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1), NVQ, C&G or equivalent in plumbing or heating.
* Minimum 3 years qualified experience in fault finding and diagnosis.
* Electrical knowledge: wiring and fault finding on S‑plan, Y‑plan, and combination systems and boilers.
* Experience across diverse boilers and heating systems.
