Face to Face Delivery Manager - Outsourced Partners
Salary: £34,000 - £39,000 per annum
Reports to: Senior Face to Face Manager

Hours: Full time 35 hours per week (compressed hours or 4 day weeks considered)
Location: Stratford, London with high‑flex (1‑2 days per week in the office). Flexible working open to discussion

We are looking for a dynamic, pragmatic and proactive individual to join us as Face to Face Delivery Manager for our outsourced partners. You will manage multiple agency relationships and drive the face‑to‑face fundraising acquisition programme.
What will I be doing?
* Deliver the face‑to‑face fundraising acquisition programme via outsourced partners, aligned with agreed strategy and targets.
* Drive success, ensuring KPIs are met and proactively seek opportunities to improve performance.
* Ensure appropriate training and compliance monitoring of partner activity with timely remedial action, upholding Cancer Research UK and industry standards.
* Establish, develop and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and partners, optimising collaborations for the benefit of the organisation.
* Lead troubleshooting of day‑to‑day campaign delivery challenges, implementing workable solutions and engaging relevant stakeholders.
* Ensure all operational aspects of campaigns from planning through to execution and analysis are efficient, working with the Individual Giving Operations team and other stakeholders.
* Onboard new suppliers as required and manage existing relationships through contracts, performance, monitoring compliance and SLAs.
What are you looking for?
* Relevant experience of managing agency relationships, contract management, performance monitoring and exceeding KPIs.
* Experience working in a heavily regulated environment and ability to understand current fundraising regulation.
* Experience of planning, delivery and analysis of end‑to‑end project activity or campaigns (fundraising or face‑to‑face).
* Flexible approach in a dynamic operating environment.
* Proactive problem solving with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
* Excellent influencing, negotiation, verbal and written communication skills.
