With a commitment to authenticity, our unique "catch to plate" concept is made possible through the integration of our Fishmonger, ensuring the freshest daily offerings from trusted sources directly inform both our shop selection and restaurant menu. Our 40-cover restaurant provides a variety of seating options-whether you prefer perching on stools at the bar, dining around a traditional clinker-built fishing boat table, or relaxing on banquettes beneath a striking wicker sculpture of a school of fish, handcrafted by a renowned local artist. We are currently recruiting Waiting Staff to join our close-knit team. As a key member of our front-of-house, you'll be the face of our hospitality-ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience that exceeds expectations. You'll follow our operating procedures to deliver consistently high levels of service and make each guest feel genuinely valued and eager to return. With a strong knowledge of our menu and a proactive approach to guest interaction, you'll confidently recommend dishes and drinks, using upselling techniques where appropriate to enhance the guest experience and support the business. While prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, we're ultimately looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, a natural flair for customer service, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
