Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of online retail strategies and be adept at managing various aspects of e-commerce operations. The candidate will also require knowledge of automotive parts ideally a mechanical background. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, creativity, and technical expertise to enhance our online presence and drive sales growth.

Duties

* Manage and optimise the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless user experience.
* Conduct SEO analysis and implement strategies to improve organic search rankings.
* Oversee project management for e-commerce initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
* Utilise Adobe Photoshop to create visually appealing product images and marketing materials.
* Maintain the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and engaging.
* Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns to increase traffic and conversions.
* Perform data analysis using Google Analytics to track performance metrics and inform strategy.
* Craft compelling copy for product descriptions, email marketing campaigns, and social media posts.
* Manage social media accounts to enhance brand visibility and engage with customers and advise on fitment and provide customer service.
* Collaborate with the marketing team on B2B marketing strategies to reach target audiences effectively.

Requirements

* Proven experience in e-commerce management or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
* Proficiency in project management methodologies.
* Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for image editing tasks.
* Experience with WordPress for website management.
* Knowledge of Google Ads for effective online advertising campaigns.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from Google Analytics.
* Strong copywriting skills for creating engaging content across various platforms.
* Experience in social media management, with an understanding of different platforms' dynamics.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
* Familiarity with email marketing tools and strategies.
* Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
