Aspire Executive Lounges is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant (B2C) to join our Global Marketing team, reporting to the Global Marketing Manager on the B2C side of the business. This entry-level role supports the execution of marketing initiatives that promote our airport hospitality lounges across international markets. The ideal candidate is highly organised, collaborative, friendly, and eager to build a career in the luxury travel market.
Your activities
* Team Admin – Organising monthly in-person meetings for the full Global Marketing team, ensuring that agendas are sent ahead of every meeting and that action plans are collated and shared after every meeting
* Project Admin – Being the go-to contact for arranging project-related admin: from regional calls to in-person meetings, photoshoots, video shoots, lounge visits, and more
* Marketing Calendar – Assisting the Global Marketing Manager and Global Head of Growth Marketing & Brand (B2C) to ensure that marketing campaigns, awareness days, and promotional activity is appropriately planned, actioned, and communicated with the wider team
* Content Creation – Assisting the Global Marketing Manager with creating compelling and engaging content across a variety of media (in-lounge, social media, digital screens, etc) that promotes the Aspire brand to the appropriate audience
* Campaign Creation – Assisting the Global Marketing Manager with the delivery of cross-channel brand marketing campaigns, aimed at driving awareness and increasing brand recognition
* Influencer Marketing – Assisting the Global Marketing Manager with the ideation, delivery and creation of compelling and engaging influencer activity that not only promotes new lounge openings, but highlights our existing global portfolio with support from regional agencies
* SVP Project Support – Assisting the Global Senior Vice President of Lounges with adhoc project support that influences wider brand strategies and rollouts
* Reputation – Being the go-to contact for customer survey updates, in-lounge rollouts, account set-up, survey translations, and more related to our ongoing partnership with Reputation
* YoDeck - Being the go-to contact for in-lounge screen updates, changes to existing in-lounge screen designs, creating new assets for in-lounge screens, and more related to our YoDeck account management system
* Image Library Management – Being the go-to contact for collating new Brand imagery (lounges, food & beverage, models, etc), uploading to our internal systems, and distributing out to relevant regional teams, partners, and more
* TikTok – Assisting the Global Marketing Manager in the creation of our official Aspire Lounges TikTok channel, creating compelling content that will help grow our audience, spread brand awareness, and ultimately drive direct sales to our website
* Community Management – Conduct daily community management of our Aspire Lounges Instagram and Facebook channels, ensuring all comments on our feed posts are responded to our flagged to our internal Customer Service team where needed
* Reporting – Ensure that end-of-campaign wrap reports as well as monthly social media reports are collated and shared with the Global Marketing Manager to review and amend where needed. Also ensure that B2C-specific campaigns also get an independent Wrap Report produced and, where needed, an End-of-Campaign Wrap Up Call organised between Global Marketing and regional teams
Your profile
* A graduate degree in English, marketing, travel & tourism, communications, or a relevant sector would be preferred, but not essential
* 0–3 years of relevant professional experience (entry-level to early-career).
* A passionate creative copywriter who is comfortable being hands-on with asset production, collaborating with colleagues in digital, creative and the wider marketing team
* Ability to communicate ideas clearly, effectively and persuasively to an individual or group
* Experience of, or willingness to learn, about the impact of branding and content on behaviour and the effectiveness of branding, to constantly evolve content to maximise returns on objectives
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an excellent grasp of English spelling, punctuation and grammar
* Strong ability to work both collaboratively and on one’s own and is highly organised and able to self-manage, plan, prioritise and work to tight deadlines
* Ability to report on content effectiveness, ideally using Meta Business Suite or in-app insights data
* Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build lasting and collaborative relationships with internal colleagues and external partners
