Closing Date: 13 th June Location: Nottingham Contract: Permanent Recruitment Partner: David Hancock Team overview Welcome to the Boots CSC Business Partner Team – an exciting team at the heart of the call Centre making sure we work closely with the wider team at Boots to ensure our customers, stores and Advisors are at the heart of everything we do. We ensure our Advisors taking contacts across all channels know how to support our customers with their queries and provide great care though the services we offer. About the team and the role Our team consists of Business Partners and Assistant Business partners who manage the relationship with the wider business at Boots and manage the communications and insights on behalf of the Call Centre. The role has no direct reports however we work as a team to enable us to support where required. You will need to meet regularly with your stakeholders to ensure you understand any changes or issues that impact on our customers or Advisors and complete reviews on issues or changes. When you are aware of any changes to processes or introduction of new services or process, you will need to complete a change request and manage this on behalf of the CSC from idea to delivery for our Call Centre You will need to be reactive when there is an issue. You will be asked for insights when we have an issue or if there is a proposed change. First point of contact into the CSC for key business areas who utilise the CSC service, including all areas of the wider business. Drive efficiencies and process improvements through collating and understanding insights and what our customers and stores are saying. What you’ll need to have: Adapt the change as Call Centres evolve with technology. Call Centre experience. Decision making Be able to challenge appropriately. As a minimum basic office application skill A great communicator, with strong verbal and written skills Owns a real drive to seek out relationships with stakeholders and builds an effective network. Ability to analysis data to pull out key themes to drive positive change. An understanding of the business’s strategic goals and objectives Excellent attention to detail Ability to manage your own workload, working in an agile way. Able to collaborate with others across different teams.
