About the Role We are currently recruiting experienced Female Support Workers to support a female service user in her own home in Fairford. This is a 2:1 support package, meaning you will always be working alongside another experienced member of staff. The service user has complex needs including epilepsy, so candidates must be confident in managing seizures and responding appropriately in line with care plans and training. Due to the remote location and limited public transport, drivers with access to their own vehicle are essential.
