The Range are proud to have opened our brand-new Distribution Centre, the largest warehouse built in over 5 years in Stowmarket, Suffolk.
We are currently recruiting a Systems & Planning Administrator
This is a permanent position and offers the successful candidate an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic organisation in a progressive environment.
Shift Pattern: Rotating AM/PM 05:00-13:30 & 13:00-21:30 (4 on 2 off)
4 days on 2 days off schedule being only 244 working days per year (260 on a normal 5-day week)
Annual Salary: TBC
What does the role entail?
1. Help produce & analyse complex data.
2. Assist on process improvement initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
3. KPI production and publication.
4. Support with the analyse and plan labour resource requirements.
5. Focal point for IT technical guidance, support and asset control.
What skills & experience do we seek?
6. Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
7. Strong organizational and data management skills, with keen attention to detail.
8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
9. Previous experience using WMS.
10. Formulating spreadsheets.
11. Presenting data
12. Previous experience using Blue Yonder and Kronos advantageous
