Requirements:

* At least 1 year of sales experience in a new business sales role


Salary & Benefits:

* £30,000 basic salary with uncapped OTE (potential to earn six figures)
* Excellent training and development, including a 6-month sales academy

Role Overview:

This Sales Development Representative role is ideal for driven, ambitious individuals eager to excel in a vibrant industry. Recruitment experience is appreciated, but anyone with some sales background is welcome.

Responsibilities:

* Meet or exceed gross profit targets
* Identify and grow new and existing business
* Handle customer inquiries
* Negotiate prices with clients
* Build relationships and encourage repeat business
* Conduct client visits
* Manage your own sales business


Qualifications:

* A degree in any discipline (preferred)
* Strong interest in a sales career with growth potential
* Hungry and success-driven
* Tenacious and competitive
* Growth mindset and self-motivated
* A valid driving license is a plus
