Associate - Property Litigation (2+ PQE) Hybrid Working | Established Regional Law Firm
I am currently instructed by a well-regarded regional law firm looking to appoint a Property Litigation Associate (2+ PQE) to join its growing disputes team.
This opportunity sits within a highly respected practice that advises a strong portfolio of commercial landlords, tenants and property investors across a broad range of contentious property matters.
The Role
You will play a key part in delivering practical, commercially focused advice across:
* Advise on landlord and tenant law
* Handle lease renewals, break notices and dilapidations matters
* Represent clients in hearings and ADR processes
Alongside managing your own caseload, you will be encouraged to build lasting client relationships and develop your professional network as part of the firm's wider growth strategy.
The Candidate
The firm is seeking a lawyer who:
* Has a minimum of 2 years' PQE in property litigation
* Is confident handling contentious matters with appropriate supervision
* Demonstrates strong commercial awareness
* Is proactive and solution-focused
* Communicates clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues
* Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail
