Your Role: Financial Planning Associate
As a Graduate, you’ll join our expert Financial Planning team, working with individuals, families, and businesses to build tailored financial plans that support their goals and prepare for the unexpected. You’ll learn how to:
* Assess a client’s full financial picture
* Build flexible, goal-oriented plans
* Recommend services and products that deliver long-term value
* Collaborate with colleagues in Investment Management
You’ll gain hands-on experience while studying for the Personal Finance Society Diploma (DipPFS), with the opportunity to progress to Chartered Financial Planner status through the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting qualified Financial Planners with client work
* Preparing and reviewing financial plans
* Drafting client communications and valuation packs
* Attending client meetings and helping preserve and grow their wealth
* Collaborating with other advisers across the business
Who We’re Looking For
We welcome graduates from all disciplines who are:
* On track for or have achieved a 2:1 degree or above
* Have UCAS points from top A-levels
* Hold GCSE Grade 5 (or B) in English Language and Maths
* Committed to completing DipPFS and progressing to Chartered status
* Passionate about helping people make confident financial decisions
