We’re seeking a well-organised administrator with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task, to support our Asset Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality admin support including monitoring compliance schedules, invoice processing, updating records, and preparing reports.
* Arrange and attend meetings: book venues, organise catering, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
* Maintain effective electronic and paper-based admin systems.
* Respond to enquiries with a customer-focused approach, offering basic advice and signposting.
* Ensure all activities comply with organisational policies (e.g. Health & Safety, Equality & Diversity).
* Collaborate with the wider Business Support Team, providing cover and assistance as needed.
About You:
You’re proactive, enjoy working with a diverse range of people, and take ownership of varied admin tasks to deliver efficient service.
For this role you will need:
* GCSE-level education (or equivalent), with good literacy and numeracy.
* Attention to detail and familiarity with admin processes.
* Intermediate IT skills (MS Office).
* You will ideally have skills and attributes that include:
* Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills.
* Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and solve problems practically.
