HR Director, 6 month FTC - Leading UK Charity - London with hybrid working - £68,300 FTE
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR leader to join a leading charity going through a period of positive transformational change.
Reporting into the Executive Director of Corporate Services you will lead a newly restructured HR and OD function. As part of the Executive Leadership you will be a trusted partner to the Executive Group and CEO.
Key responsibilities
* Providing direction and leadership for the HR function, ensuring it continues to support and improve the delivery of the organisation's strategy
* Driving and embedding organisational development and cultural change
* Contributing to the organisation's leadership, planning and policy formulation
* Leading employee related wellbeing, performance and development initiatives
* Ensuring the strong employer brand attracts, develops and retains the best talent
* Facilitating and enabling a positive employee relations climate
* Driving continuous improvement across the HR Function
Qualifications
You should be an experienced HR Director or an HR Leader with a track record of leading, coaching and managing an HR function in a complex environment. Experience of driving cultural change and performance improvement needs to be combined with experience of developing and implementing people strategies. A proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships with Executive and Board colleagues is essential. A values-led approach and an ability to make an impact from day one is also essential.
