Key Responsiblities: To be familiar with all menu items relevant to your section and prepare/present dishes for service to the highest standards. Ensure that Staff Lunch is prepared and delivered to a high standard. Ensure that Staff lunch is re filled and topped up accurately in line with staff lunch timings. Be open to new menu’s and support Head Chef with ideas on how to deliver a quality staff lunch to personnel. To ensure the correct preparation, cooking and presentation of food the highest standards in conjunction with section head.
