Mobile IT Support Technician (Contract) – Bristol & Surrounding Areas
Location: Field-based – covering Bristol, Gloucester, South Wales, and Worcester region
Contract Length: Immediate – 31st December 2025 + extensions
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30
Pay Rate: £18.51/hr + expenses
Clearance: SC Clearance
Driving Required: Yes – Own vehicle essential
About the Role
Our client is seeking a flexible, driven, and enthusiastic Mobile IT Support Technician to join thier expanding mobile support team. This is a client-facing, field-based role requiring daily travel across the South West and South Wales region, delivering high-quality IT support to key clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide mobile, on-site IT support for key clients across your assigned region.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to Windows 7, 10, and 11, and Office 365.
* Support hardware break-fix tasks (training provided if needed).
* Deliver a high standard of customer service and communication.
* Participate in on-call rota (if required).
* Maintain up-to-date documentation and reporting.
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience in IT support or field services.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows (7/10/11) and Office 365.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Valid UK driving licence and own reliable vehicle.
* Able and willing to obtain necessary security clearances.
Desirable Skills
* Experience with hardware break-fix (laptops, desktops, etc.).
* Experience in a mobile or field-based support role.
* Prior exposure to public sector or government environments.
