Handle incoming calls, answer queries, and resolve issues by providing tailored solutions. Share expertise about Holiday and Home Parks products to help customers find the right fit. Maintain accurate records and stay updated with industry knowledge to support excellent service. Identify opportunities to enhance customer loyalty by offering relevant additional services. About You A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Experience in customer interactions, ideally in a call centre or customer service environment. The ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers. Resilience and empathy, especially when assisting customers in challenging situations. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with data entry processes.
