Fantastic company, great culture, and great offices! Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator with 2+ years of previous sales office / sales support experience
* Handling incoming calls and emails from customers and sales teams
* Accurately inputting orders into the system (Sage) and ensuring timely despatch and invoicing
* Responding to customer queries
* Supporting promotional activity and keeping track of key account details
* Building strong relationships with strategic customers
* Assisting with credits, returns, and reporting as required
* Collaborating with colleagues across departments (finance, supply chain, commercial)
Salary & benefits
Location: NG2 Business Park area, Nottingham
Salary: £26,000
