We are currently searching for an experienced Warehouse First Line Manager to join our team at our site in Rushden. To deliver clear operational direction, leadership and development to the operations team ensuring that the specified performance levels are constantly met.
This is a full-time, permanent position working Sunday to Thursday, covering the hours of 06:00 – 14:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £31,200 per annum, and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Ensure that they and individuals within their team comply with working practices that result in delivering a clean and safe workplace
* Providing focus on health & safety, productivity, accuracy, and quality by helping to lead the operational shift team by encouraging a team ethic to achieve daily targets for each shift
* Monitor progress and performance against key performance indicators and costs against budget
* Liaising closely with the Inventory team and eradicating errors
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Knowledge of the end-to-end warehouse processes and health and safety
* E xperience working in a complex, fast-moving logistics/warehouse environment
* The ability to work on your own initiative, whilst effectively leading a team
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
