About the Role :
As a Weaving / Cable Rope Operator, you will assemble cables, wire ropes, and related components using hand tools or machinery, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Skills & Experience:
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
Comfortable with repetitive tasks
Proven history of long-term employment
Comfortable sitting or standing for long periods

Working Hours:
Days: Mon Thu 8:00am4:45pm (30-min break), Fri 8:00am12:30pm
Nights: Mon Thu 4:45pm2:00am (30-min break)
Pay:
Days: £12.78/hr after 12 weeks £13.15/hr
Nights: £13.80/hr after 12 weeks £15.45/hr
This role starts on a temporary basis with the opportunity to permanent contract offered after 12 weeks (subject to successful performance review)performance dependent
