Responsibilities
* They are responsible for the line set up at the start of production, weight checks, product measurements and foreign body management.
* Our Production Operators make adjustments to the lines to ensure quality standards are met constantly. They manage their line efficiency - planned vs actual run rate.
* They collect pastry waste and send it for rework.
Progression is encouraged here—Team Leader, Management roles, or other opportunities may be available. We’ll encourage you every step of the way; you just need to show that sparkle of innovation.
