Your role:
1. Support and further develop customer relationships through day-to-day sales support and telephone contact
2. Prepare, follow up, and review quotations, orders, and samples
3. Assist with price enquiries, annual quotations, and smooth order processing
4. Maintain customer and project data in the system and support delivery schedule follow-up and contract tracking
5. Work closely with Product Management, Sales, Supply Chain Management and Customer Service
6. Prepare reports and support sales-related activities and marketing campaigns
Your qualifications:
7. Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
8. Initial experience in internal sales, sales support, or a customer-facing commercial role
9. Structured, reliable, and service-oriented way of working
10. Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with customers and internal stakeholders
11. Good MS Office skills and ideally experience with ERP or CRM systems
12. Good English skills (C1)
