Job Description
1.
Lead the planning and execution of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
2.
Oversee MEP design coordination, procurement, installation, commissioning, and quality control.
3.
Manage and mentor on-site teams including assistant project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors.
4.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reporting to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
5.
Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants to solve challenges and maintain project alignment.
6.
Conduct regular site visits and project meetings to ensure progress, safety, and quality standards are met.
7.
Evaluate subcontractor bids, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
8.
Ensure all work is compliant with applicable codes, regulations, and specifications.

The Successful Applicant
9.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (required).
10.
5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager with proven expertise in MEP systems.
11.
Experience managing diverse project types including commercial, multifamily, life science, and institutional.
12.
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to lead project teams effectively.
13.
Proficient in construction management software such as Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
14.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
15.
Familiarity with local codes and permitting processes in Pennsylvania is a plus.
