Job Description:
* We are hiring a Payments Product Owner/Business Analyst with strong techno-functional expertise to lead solution design and delivery in the global banking and treasury services domain. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge business and technology, influence senior stakeholders, and drive payments transformation in a complex global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and drive functional and technical solutions for payments.
* Work with global stakeholders across business and technology teams.
* Translate high-level business needs into clear, detailed requirements.
* Support Agile teams in delivering scalable and compliant payment solutions.
* Manage collaboration across regions, vendors, and onshore-offshore teams.
Skills & Experience Required:
* 12+ years in the payments domain as a techno-functional expert / Product Owner.
* Strong knowledge of payment systems – SWIFT, SEPA, TARGET2, BACS, CHAPS, etc.
* Expertise in ISO20022 and other payment standards.
* Hands-on experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, DevOps).
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
