About the Role
We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Door Supervisors to work in busy, high-profile venues such as pubs, bars, and nightclubs. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fun, vibrant environment while playing a key role in keeping people safe.
Shifts: Candidates must be available to work Friday& Saturday nights.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meeting and greeting customers on arrival
* Conducting ID checks and customer searches
* Managing queues and crowd control
* Adhering to assignment instructions and risk assessments
* Ensuring the safety of customers, staff, and property
* Representing T3 Security and our clients to the highest standard
* Liaising professionally with clients, colleagues, and venue staff
* Responding calmly and effectively to incidents both inside and outside venues
* Delivering excellent customer service at all times
What We're Looking For
All candidates must hold a valid DS SIA Licence and have a checkable 5-year work history. We're looking for individuals who are:
