Industrial ChefSalary: £34,000 per annumDuration: 12 week Temporary to Permanent We are currently recruiting an experienced and energetic Chef to join a well-established food production business. This is a Monday to Friday position, offering excellent work–life balance while working in a fast-paced, professional environment.The role involves industrial-scale cooking, so it is physically demanding and best suited to someone with high energy levels and strong preparation skills.Key Responsibilities:
o Preparing and cooking food in large volumes to consistent quality standards
o Strong focus on food preparation, organisation, and efficiency
o Working within a busy industrial kitchen environment
o Ensuring all food hygiene and health & safety standards are met
o Supporting daily production targets and deadlines
Requirements:
o Previous experience as a Chef / Production Chef
o Excellent preparation and knife skills
o Physically fit with the stamina for a demanding role
o Reliable, motivated, and able to work well in a team
o Food production or industrial kitchen experience preferred
