Reporting to the Group Chief Executive, the Chief Operating Officer will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution. As a Board member, you will drive operational excellence, improve commercial performance and build the leadership capacity required to support sustainable, scalable growth. You will lead all operational activity across Re-Gen recycling facilities, ensuring safe, efficient and high-performing operations today, while strengthening systems, processes and capability for future expansion.
