The job at a glance Join our team and youll be responsible for leading the development, implementation and continuous improvement of our Sales & Service (including Customer Success) training programmes. Working in theCommercial Enablementdepartment, you will work alongside an external training content provider and internal stakeholders, ensuring the Sales & Service teams have the knowledge, skills and confidence to maintain a high-performance culture. You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.
Your responsibilities:
Design, develop, and oversee delivery of training programmes that drive Sales and Service effectiveness across all Go To Market roles.
Deploy effective training programs driving improvements to employees' skills, productivity and quality of work.
Partner with an external training provider to align training content with our commercial strategy and business needs.
Lead on the rollout of onboarding and ongoing training pathways for new and existing sales employees.
Continuously evaluate and monitor training effectiveness through performance metrics, feedback, and ROI analysis.
Your skills and qualifications Proven experience in a commercial training, sales enablement, or learning and development rolewithin a B2B sales environment.
Strong experience working with or managing external training providers.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into effective training solutions.
A passion for developing people and driving performance through learning.
