Localisation Project Manager (Media & Content) London - Hybrid (Tues-Thurs onsite) | Initial 12m contract | £280-320pd PAYE incl. holiday pay We're supporting a globally recognised technology and media organisation in hiring a Localisation Project Manager to join their international content team. This role sits within a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment focused on music and podcast content localisation, working across multiple regions and stakeholders. You'll manage multiple localisation projects end-to-end, ensuring content is delivered to a high standard, on time and across global markets. Key responsibilities include: Managing multiple localisation projects simultaneously (short-form and long-form content) Coordinating with global editorial teams, vendors and internal stakeholders Tracking timelines, resolving blockers and ensuring delivery quality Uploading and managing deliverables within internal CMS/tools Proactively identifying risks and implementing workarounds Supporting continuous improvement of processes and workflows What They're Looking For: Strong Project Manager with localisation or content experience Background in media, editorial or agency environments (e.g. localisation, creative or production agencies) Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable working across multiple projects and tight deadlines Able to operate calmly in a high-volume, fast-moving environment If you've worked in localisation, content production, or a fast-paced agency environment and enjoy managing multiple moving parts across global teams, this is a great opportunity to step into a high-impact role.
