Contract Type: Temp to perm – full time
Working Hours: 6am-2pm / 9.45am-6pm
Pay Rate: £12.71
About the Role
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Assembly Operatives to join our team on a temp to perm basis. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are keen to contribute to smooth manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assemble products and parts
2. Stock replenishment and inventory checks
3. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
4. Basic machine operation
Requirements
5. Full time work mentality – ideally with previous assembly experience or similar
6. Ability to work in a physically active role (carrying and standing for long periods)
7. Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
8. Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
