About The Person
Youare a team player with apositivecan doattitudeandentrepreneurialmindset.Ideally, youhave a strong understanding of Workdayand or other HR and Finance platforms.
You thrivein a dynamic fast-moving environment that is constantly adapting to change. Willingness to travel at least once per quarter for client visits,conferences,anduser groups.This personflourishesin aquota driven,highly competitive, high performance and pressurised environment.Youposethe ability to planandprioritiseyour time effectively tomeet deadlinesin accordance withbusiness and customer requirements.
Essential Requirements:
1. Sales Experience:Minimum of2years direct sellingexperiencein SaaS sales;closing dealsin aSalesExecutiveorAccountManagementrole. Experience in value based consultative selling and closing. Quota delivery, Pipelinemanagementandaccurateforecasting experience. Experience selling to the office of CHRO or CFO (HR / HRIT and Finance Leaders)
2. Communication: Excellent communication skills,active listening,written, verbalarticulationand presentation skills with proven capability of delivering a value-based proposal
3. Educational Background or Professional Experience:MinimumBachelor’s degree withconcentrationin Arts, Science, Business,Information Technology,ormoresignificantprofessionalsalesexperiencethanstatedabove
4. Proficiencyin Dynamics 365 or other CRM (SFDC, HubSpot etc.).

5. Workday certified or selling intoWorkday customers or HRIS and Finance.
6. Inside sales, salesdevelopment,or account management
About The Job
Retaining and growing an existing base of customers in your defined territory.Youwillbecomethe Account lead forset ofdefinedAccountsacrossEMEA. Youwillbecomefullyresponsible and accountable for all Kainos Workday Product commercial activity and account management matters with these customers.Youwillwork in close partnership witha1:1 mentor and aclose knitgroup of Account Directors and AccountExecutivesin the Region.
Your key responsibilities will include:
7. Delivering against monthly,quarterlyand annual individual and team targets(revenue and activity) in the pursuit of generating qualified pipeline
8. Account Planningwith Account Managersand Directorsonprospecting and opportunity qualification activities - Working independently to engage and generateopportunityfrominitialDiscovery to Qualification
9. Understanding buyer personachallengesas they relate to Workday, actively listen,build trust, articulate their challenges, and propose potential solutions
10. Collaborate with the Customer Base MarketingManager, Account Managers, Directors VPtoassistin thecreationandexecution ofdemand generation
