Responsibilities
* Lead by example with a brilliant positive attitude, grooming standard, body language and tone needing to be positive, supportive and on brand at all times. The role of Food Service Supervisor is multi‑functional across all venues and types of service delivery.
* Multitask between floor service, bartending, barista, hosting, banqueting service and banqueting room setups on any given day in any outlet.
* Ensure compliance with cleaning, sanitising, food handling and service procedures, health, safety and allergy awareness.
* Assist management and supervisors with answering guest enquiries for reservations, converting group enquiries, and general administration to ensure effective running of the F&B department.
* Create harmonious relationships with culinary and back‑of‑house teams to exceed guest expectations.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all F&B areas and advocate best practice.
Safety and Company Policies
* Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
* Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions.
* Complete safety training and certifications.
* Maintain uniform and personal appearance clean and professional.
* Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
* Communicate with others using clear and professional language.
* Develop and maintain positive working relationships.
* Support the team to reach common goals.
* Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of employees.

Preferred Qualifications
