GSL Education are hiring reliable and proactive Cover Supervisors (CS) to work across schools in Barnsley. Main Duties of Cover Supervisor: Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers. Deliver pre-set lesson plans and ensure students remain engaged. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies. Provide guidance and support to students during lessons. Report any issues or concerns to senior staff. Essential Requirements of Cover Supervisor: Experience working with young people in an educational or similar setting. Confident classroom presence and strong behaviour management skills. Good communication and organisational abilities. Flexible, reliable, and professional approach. A genuine interest in education and student development.
