HR Generalist (m/f/d)
Main responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role are set out below; however, there may be others not listed:
1. Provide day-to-day comprehensive, high-quality HR support to managers and employees on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
2. Build strong working relationships with line managers, employees, HR Business Partners, and the wider HR team.
3. Manage or assist with managing employee relations cases, including but not limited to probation, health and wellbeing, sickness absence, performance management, disciplinary, and grievances.
4. Take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment campaigns, in both the UK and international locations, using various recruitment methods and driving best practice strategies.
5. Support HR Business Partners with the annual HR calendar, including performance reviews, compensation review processes, and talent and succession planning.
6. Assist in managing international transfers and secondments, coordinating with internal departments.
7. Collate and analyze management information such as headcount data and vacancy tracking in liaison with the HR systems team.
8. Coordinate visa application processes for new joiners and existing employees, liaising with immigration advisors.
9. Contribute to HR projects and process improvements across the PATRIZIA group.
10. Maintain and update HR systems and records accurately.
Skills & experience required
1. Experience as an HR Advisor within financial or professional services.
2. Experience supporting HR functions in international contexts is desirable.
3. Good knowledge of employment law and HR management best practices.
4. Experience managing recruitment campaigns and using job boards.
5. Ability to learn processes independently and work systematically.
6. Proactive with a hands-on approach and initiative.
7. Strong communication skills and empathy.
8. Enjoys engaging with people and has good intuition for client needs.
9. Attention to detail.
10. Excellent organizational skills, capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines.
11. Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
12. Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis.
13. Experience with HR systems and management information reporting, ideally Workday.
14. CIPD qualification is desirable.
