About the opportunity
We're seeking a Recruitment Officer – International to join our Student Recruitment and Mobility team within the Global and Research Engagement portfolio.
You'll support international recruitment activities across key markets, helping to attract talented students to the University of Sydney. This role works closely with regional managers and partners to promote the University globally.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
* work with the Regional Manager and recruitment team to coordinate international recruitment activities
* assist with planning, reporting and delivery of regional recruitment initiatives
* represent the University at international events, education exhibitions and partner visits (some overseas travel may be required)
* host walking tours of the campus for visiting students, parents and partners, showcasing the University experience
* prepare reports, market updates and briefing materials to support recruitment planning
* maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across recruitment systems
* build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
About you
* tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of training and experience
* experience in international student recruitment or related education marketing activities
* understanding of higher education recruitment processes and international markets
* ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
* familiarity with Spanish is desirable
* ability and willingness to travel internationally is highly desirable.
