Indirect Tax Manager - VAT Location: Leeds (Hybrid – 2 days WFH)Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 + Benefits
An established, global professional services business is seeking a UK Indirect Tax Manager to lead its UK indirect tax advisory and compliance. This is a newly created role, offering autonomy and variety, working alongside senior finance leadership and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide VAT and indirect tax advisory to UK business units, including cross-border transactions and contracting scenarios
* Manage UK VAT compliance and returns
* Monitor legislative changes and assess impact on the business
* Support indirect tax risk management and maintain robust controls
* Train and advise internal stakeholders on tax-related matters
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in UK VAT and indirect tax, ideally including CIS
* Background in professional services or large corporate environments desirable
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* ERP systems experience (Dynamics, Oracle, SAP)
* Relevant professional qualification (ACA, CTA, ACCA, or equivalent) or substantial experience
