Your Core Responsibilities
As Recruitment Team Leader, your role will be split between hands-on recruiting and team leadership, including:
Overseeing the recruitment process for healthcare staff
Managing, coaching and developing a small team of recruiters
Monitoring performance and supporting the team to meet individual and group KPIs
Reporting on recruitment metrics and trends to the Head of Recruitment
Building and maintaining strong relationships with our regional hubs to forecast recruitment needs
Ensuring the applicant tracking system (ATS) is fully utilised and up to date
Engaging candidates and supporting them through a smooth and timely onboarding journey
What We're Looking For:
A passionate people-first recruiter with at least 1 year of experience (healthcare experience is a bonus!)
Someone who is results-driven and enjoys working to targets
Confident with systems, calls, and candidate communication
Strong organisational and time management skills
Proven ability to lead, support or mentor others, even informally — or a natural step-up for an experienced recruiter looking to grow
